When will my order be shipped?
We typically begin production within 1 business day.
Standard orders are shipped within 2–4 business days. Express orders are prioritized and shipped within 1–2 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by country and shipping method:
- USA
7–10 business days with standard shipping. UPS Express delivers in 3–4 business days. - EUROPE
Typically 3–4 business days (customs may cause delays). - Other countries
Delivery times vary, but tracking is always available.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive your tracking number via email. If you haven’t received it, please message us.
I forgot to enter the personalization details. What should I do?
No worries at all! Just send us a message after placing your order with the baby’s name, font style, and thread color.
Can I change the font or thread color after ordering?
As long as we haven’t started production, yes! Please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can apply the changes.
Can I cancel or return a personalized item?
Unfortunately, no. As stated in our product description and shop policy, customized items can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, production begins and we are unable to issue refunds or accept returns.
There are marks or lines around the embroidery—what are they?
These are from the embroidery hoop used by our machine to hold the fabric during stitching. They are completely normal and will disappear after the first wash.
Can I add gift wrapping and a message?
Yes! You can always include a personalized gift note with your order. Gift wrapping is also available upon request for an additional charge.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide! If your country is not listed at checkout, feel free to contact us — we’ll do our best to assist.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
Customs duties and import taxes vary by country. Buyers are responsible for any applicable charges, and these are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Can I request a specific embroidery placement?
Absolutely. If you want the name placed in a specific area on the blanket (top center, bottom right, etc.), just leave a note or message us after placing your order.
Can I choose multiple names or longer messages?
We do offer two-name embroidery. If you’d like something longer, please contact us in advance so we can confirm availability and any extra cost involved.
