OVERVIEW Welcome to Mouliss! Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mouliss, operated by Mounet Dış Ticaret A.Ş. We provide this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

 

SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMIZATION We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, as our products are handcrafted and often feature custom embroidery:

  • Variations: Slight differences in shape, size, and color are natural characteristics of handcrafted textiles and are not considered defects.

  • Screen Accuracy: We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • Changes: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region and to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which is accepted by us only when we send a shipping confirmation.

  • 2-Hour Cancellation Rule: Due to the personalized nature of our goods, you may only request a change or cancellation within maximum 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, production begins, and no changes or refunds can be issued.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us for any reason.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS Our shipping services are provided via premium express carriers.

  • Processing & Delivery: We require 2 business days to process and handcraft your order. Estimated delivery time for the USA is 3-4 business days once shipped.

  • Risk of Loss: While title and risk of loss officially pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, we are committed to your satisfaction. If a package is lost, please contact us at contact@mouliss.com for assistance.

  • Customs & Duties (USA): For our customers in the USA, Mouliss covers all applicable customs duties and taxes. There are no hidden fees upon delivery.

  • Customs & Duties (International): For orders outside the USA, the buyer is solely responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and unique embroidery designs, is the property of Mouliss and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS We may provide access to third-party tools (e.g., Stripe, Klarna) or links to third-party websites. We have no control over these third parties and your use of them is entirely at your own risk.

SECTION 8 - PERSONAL INFORMATION Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 9 - PROHIBITED USES You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to infringe upon our intellectual property rights; (c) to harass, abuse, or harm others; (d) to upload viruses or malicious code.

SECTION 10 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no case shall Mouliss be liable for any injury, loss, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the service or products procured.

SECTION 11 - INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mouliss from any claim or demand made by any third-party due to your breach of these Terms of Service.

SECTION 12 - SEVERABILITY If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or void, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed.

SECTION 13 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
