Mouliss Shipping Policy
At Mouliss, we are dedicated to delivering our handcrafted treasures to your doorstep as quickly and securely as possible. We partner exclusively with UPS Express to provide premium, trackable, and reliable international shipping from our Istanbul studio to the world.
1. Processing Time Every Mouliss piece is made to order with care.

Standard Processing: We require 2 business days to prepare and handcraft your order.

Peak Periods: During sales or holiday seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Note: Unlike many personalized brands that take weeks, we aim to have your custom item ready for shipment within 48 hours.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We ship to almost every country worldwide reached by the UPS network.

Free Express Shipping: On all orders over $75 USD.

USA Delivery: 3-4 business days once dispatched.

International Delivery: 4-7 business days depending on the destination.
3. Tracking Your Order Once your order is handed over to UPS, you will receive an automated email containing your Tracking Number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly on the UPS website. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking and arrange for collection if necessary.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

USA Orders: No Hidden Fees. We cover all customs duties and taxes for our US-based customers. Your order will be delivered directly to your door with no additional charges.

International Orders (Outside USA): Buyers are responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, or VAT imposed by their country. Failure to pay these may result in the parcel being returned to us, and any re-shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
5. Shipping Responsibility & Insurance

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Mouliss is not responsible for missing parcels or delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Return to Sender (RTS): If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of re-shipping.

Support: While the carrier is responsible for delivery once the item leaves our studio, we are always here to help. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@mouliss.com so we can assist in resolving the issue with UPS.
6. Shipping Restrictions We ship worldwide wherever UPS operates. If your country is not serviced by our carriers, we will contact you immediately to provide a full refund.
