Yes! We can embroider the date of birth on a second line under the baby's name. Just message us after ordering with the date and your preferred format.

Yes! We can embroider on two lines — for example, the first name on line one and the middle name on line two. Message us after ordering with the exact text for each line.
Yes, as long as the full name isn't too long. Message us after ordering and we'll figure out the best layout together.
We accept changes up to 1 hour after the order is placed. After that, embroidery may have already started and changes won't be possible since the stitching can't be undone. Please double-check the name spelling before confirming your order.
The name you entered will appear in your order confirmation email. If you can't find it there, just message us with your order number and we'll confirm the exact spelling we have on file.
We offer 18 different embroidery fonts. You can see all font options with visuals in the font table shown in our product photos — so you can choose the perfect style before ordering.
Yes! If you'd like the name in a specific position — such as the bottom left corner or top center — just message us after ordering and we'll embroider it exactly where you want.
Yes, we can stitch names with accented and special characters such as é, ñ, ü, and similar Latin-script variations.
Yes, we can embroider in Arabic. However, not every alphabet or script is supported, so please message us before ordering to confirm we can do your specific request.
Yes! You can order a blanket without personalization and send us the name when you're ready. We'll hold your order and add the embroidery once we hear from you.
Yes! If you'd like, we can send you a preview showing how the name will look in your chosen font before we start, or a photo of the finished embroidery before shipping. Just message us and we'll arrange it.

Yes! Thread color is one of the options you can select when personalizing your order on the product page.
If you placed the order without paying for personalization, we'll cancel the order so you can reorder correctly. If you paid but entered incomplete or incorrect details, just message us and we'll fix it together.
Processing takes up to 2 business days, and UPS shipping typically takes 3–4 additional business days. So you can expect your blanket within about 5–6 business days in total.
All Mouliss blankets are handmade and shipped from Istanbul, Turkey.
We ship all orders via UPS.
Please message us right away. We'll help you with tracking and contact UPS directly on your behalf. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll send you a replacement.

For US customers, we cover all import costs — no extra charges at delivery. For Europe, most orders arrive without customs fees, though occasional duties can occur in some countries during certain periods.

Wash cold — maximum 30°C. Do not use a dryer, as cotton can shrink. Do not iron. Let it air dry naturally to keep it in perfect condition.

We accept cancellations within 1 hour of the order being placed. After that, production may have started and we're unable to cancel.
Because every blanket is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns on personalized items. However, if there's an error on our side, we'll make it right immediately.
If the mistake is on our end, we'll remake the blanket and ship it to you right away — no questions asked.
Changes are accepted within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, production may have begun and changes are no longer possible.
Yes. If your gift box arrived damaged, we'll refund the gift box fee immediately. Please message us with a photo so we can process it right away.
This is why we recommend following care instructions carefully: wash cold (max 30°C), no dryer, no iron, air dry naturally. Since our blankets are 100% natural cotton, high heat or machine drying can cause shrinkage. Please keep this in mind when washing.
